Love the wood tone decoration of the rooms, warm and cozy. Room rate is acceptable considering that it is located at the city center of Taipei, and dining and shopping are both convenient. There is a tiny balcony at rooftop which offers fascinating view of Taipei 101 and the city. Though front desk got the wrong name during check-in, it is still a nice place to stay for business trips to Taipei.

Hotel is bright and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly in assisting tourists with their needs and directions to nearby places. Hotel is bright and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly in assisting tourists with their needs and directions to nearby places. However, rooms are of odd shapes and inconsistent, with some rooms being much crammed than others. Some rooms do not even have a view of the outside as it is facing the side alley. Amenities are sufficient, with a small gym. Breakfast is so-so, would recommend heading to the outside breakfast shops instead. Location is good, in the heart of songshan, easy accessibility to 101 areas and ATT for fun. Walking distance to Raohe night market. Stone throw away from a large "living mall" which seems oddly dead. Many eateries along the road.

“Not a good experience”

The hotel room is small with bad smell in the corridor and room. Hotel provide free breakfast buffet but with limited choice. Location is convenience with supermarket nearby. It is also near MRT stations.

The shower in my room is full of mildew the shower brush is also corrupted. I found hairs of the last guest in my bed and in the bathroom. I was requesting for a silent room but got a room directly at the street. The bread at the breakfast is not really fresh and the toaster should be cleaned. Ther… more

The shower in my room is full of mildew the shower brush is also corrupted. I found hairs of the last guest in my bed and in the bathroom. I was requesting for a silent room but got a room directly at the street. The bread at the breakfast is not really fresh and the toaster should be cleaned. There was also no table left for me and I had to eat at the bar. The orange juice is not really a orange juice I thinl they have stretched it with water. At the breakfast was a employee sitting next to me and was walking behind the bar to get a good coffee from the coffeemachine but the guests have to drink the instant coffee. I was before in a other hotel also in taipei and also a four star hotel but diffrence between them is really big. I would not book this hotel again and I‘m wondering why it has 4*.
