The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from either the BanQiao or the XinPu Taipei Metro Stations. The BanQiao Station is one of these super stations with the Taiwan Rail (regular rail) and the High Speed Rail. It is a little farther from the Station than hotels like the Hilton, Caesar or Cham Cham which are all connected with covered walkways. There is also a bus terminal next to the BanQiao Station that has bus service to the TPE Airport. The immediate area is not as developed as closer the the MRT stations. However, there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It is not part of any chain. The Chinese name contains "Aerobic" (有氧) and I don't quite understand why. It is part of the Jasper complex owned by one of the conglomerates in Taiwan - the Shin Kong Group. This hotel, an extended stay apartment hotel and a medical care building. Given it is not in Taipei City and it is not right next to the MRT stations, I think it prices lower than other hotels that are more convenient. The room is OK but I didn't like the small desk and the low and hard bed. The TV system didn't seem to be the most responsive either. I think the best part of the hotel is the bathroom - bidet toilet and great water pressure in the shower. The shower is not a rain shower type but it was good. The worst part is the street noise outside and that is a busy street. There is a spa and "hot spring" bath on the top floor but I don't know how it is a hot spring. The staff is friendly and efficient. I think it comes down to pricing.

It is a average hotel which is comfortable and clean, nothing about luxury, although they charged 5 star price. location is good, just 10 mins walking distance to metro station, there is no interesting spot around. Honestly, I may not stay here again.

Front desk staff appear stern and stiff lipped. English communication is a problem with a few staff. Room is okay ..basic. Front desk staff appear stern and stiff lipped. English communication is a problem with a few staff. Room is okay ..basic. Breakfast buffet in restaurant is mediocre..almost same food daily with the more popular food gone and not replenished. This was with the steamed buns in the steam oven. Usually a few are offered and once gone that's it. The stench from poor ventilation along the corridor from the lift to the restaurant was nauseating. Awful really!!. The staff on duty were again very unfriendly and took great pains to remind customers to put their trays away after eating ( as they won't be collected). Most drinks were quickly emptied and again not replenished unless reported to staff. One good example was the cold milk and soy drink which ran out quickly. On observation staff only opened one carton each time so the drinks urns were never filled up but remained at quarter level or so. Even the hot drinks machine had a long queue. The whole place gives the impression of a cost cutting exercise ....not like other buffet restaurants...where there's abundance of food. Plus the same sliced guava fruit has been served on several days too! Be assured am not returning nor recommending.
