Property is located in city central which commuting around to different area is pretty convenient though there is no train or bus station nearby. Hotel offers a shuttle bus to the nearest train station at intervals though. Booked a triple room which comes with three single bed, overall room is spacious which nicely fits and still with some walking space. Bathroom is decently sized too with auto toilets though the toilet bowl feels very small compared to usual ones. Amenities are great with gym, swimming pool and also a gender differentiated hot spa and sauna/steam room. All amenities are complimentary to guest though not 24hours. Great for relaxing after a long day. Breakfast is decent with both local and international spread. There are not much convenience store or eateries within immediate vicinity so expect minimally a 3 minutes walk to the nearest one. Overall a good stay if you are not heavily reliant on public transports.

I stayed during the New Year holiday, and the pricing remained relatively reasonable compared to typical peak-season increases. Check-in was smooth and efficient, partly because there weren’t too many travellers at that time. The hotel is about a 5–10 minute walk from the nearest MRT station. For those who prefer not to walk, a complimentary shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes, which is very convenient. The room size is a major highlight. Compared to other Taipei hotels within a similar price range, it feels noticeably larger and more spacious. The double bed is generous in size, offering great comfort. The minibar includes snacks, Coke, tea, and coffee, which is a thoughtful addition. The bathroom is well equipped with a bathtub, hairdryer, and a smart toilet, adding a modern touch to the stay. The hotel provides facilities that are not always common in Taipei city hotels, including a sauna, which is a great bonus. There is also a swimming pool, on-site restaurant, and a self-laundry room, making it suitable for both short and extended stays. The staff were polite, professional, and helpful throughout the stay.

Decent 4 star in Taipei. Stayed over new years so hotels extremely expensive. This hotel was pretty ok. Very friendly staff, had some pool and sauna amenities (didn’t use), decent rooms (4 star level) and beast was average. Location was “ok”. We didn’t care too much because w like walking so we walked to MRT or to places to go. Don’t know what’s good location in Taipei though as pretty spread out. Would recommend for a family for a few days trip to Taipei city.

The hotel is in a quite area and not much around. The hotel offers free shuttle service, but it's a small van with around 5 seats, so you must reserve early to get a ride to the metro station. It takes around 10-15 minutes to walk. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of Chinese and Western options. I like the drink machines making drinks similar to bubble tea but without the bubbles. The rooms are spacious and bathroom is big as well. Free snacks and drinks were provided in the room. The sauna and public bath area is only open 7am-10pm, which is not convenient. We had to get back to the hotel soon after dinner so we can enjoy the facilities before they close. I recommend to extend opening hours to at least midnight, so visitors don't have to rush back to hotel after going to night markets.
