“5 star service. (Japanese at ease)”
This is under 旺旺 group and aplenty of their snacks. Hotel is old. I can't see the 5 star rating but service is excellent, no doubt. Majority can speak Japanese and good for Japanese. Breakfast is limited but good enough for me. Generous supply of snacks and drinks at lobby.

“Great location and staff”
Lovely staff, great location, everything we needed for a 3 night stay in Taipei, breakfast was excellent with good choice of food and very helpful staff. Reception staff very helpful. Gave us lots of water, selection of fruit was waiting for us in room and some delicious biscuits

“10/10 ….Its a great choice.”
Fantastic experience from the moment we arrived. Very friendly welcome, a lovely well equipped room and tasty buffet breakfast . It’s close to the metro, which is really easy to use and 20 minutes walk from a very busy night food market. 10/10.. well done all, it takes hard work to excel….
