Arrived early this morning, way too early even for early check-in. The very helpful and friendly staff graciously took my luggage in for safekeeping and gladly helped me find my way to Beitou for a relaxing Hot Springs experience. Upon checkin, I was delighted to see an immaculate, pristine room with a nice view of the mountainside and in-room snacks, including fresh fruit, drinks & thoughtful amenities provided gratis. I chose this hotel because of its tranquil location and proximity to the National Palace Museum, not knowing that the accommodating staff & service provided can stand on their own, as well. I’m sorry I’ve had to cut off my stay because if scheduling conflicts.

“Nice place to quarantine!”

My daughter and I did our mandatory 8 night quarantine here. The room was spacious with a huge window. During the day there was plenty of light in the room which was nice. My daughter and I did our mandatory 8 night quarantine here. The room was spacious with a huge window. During the day there was plenty of light in the room which was nice. The bathroom was also big with a huge tub. The hotel provided tons of amenities- complimentary water, snacks, soda, etc. Comforter and pillow were super plush. Room temperature couldn’t be adjusted but our room was quite cool even though the outdoor temperature was high. We were provided three meals a day. These meals were always delivered on time and portions were super generous. Hotel staff went out of their way to meet our needs. They were helpful and courteous. Overall, this is an excellent hotel. I’m glad we completed our quarantine here.

Stayed at Yusense Hotel in mid November and it was a nice getaway spot. The rooms are super spacious, which made it feel really comfy. Loved the mountain views from our window. They are so calming, like a total reset from the hustle. The whole place has the cozy wooden decor vibe that just warms you up. It's a trek from the city center, which was a hassle for grabbing quick stuff, but honestly, that distance means total peace and quiet. Super relaxing indeed. Of course, the fitting out, fixtures and furniture showed signs of ageing but still considered acceptable. Convenience store is just a 3-minute walk away, which was handy for snacks. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent—nothing fancy, but the a la carte options for eggs, yogurt, and such let you customize it a bit. Would go back if I want a chill escape.

“Covid quarrantine hotel --- not great”

Granted I had to stay as a covid quarrantine per Taiwan regulations at the time. The room was fairly large and had large windows looking onto a hillside. But the A/C did not adjust the temp much so it was cold most of the time. The food they delivered was terrible ----they rotated among chines… more

Granted I had to stay as a covid quarrantine per Taiwan regulations at the time. The room was fairly large and had large windows looking onto a hillside. But the A/C did not adjust the temp much so it was cold most of the time. The food they delivered was terrible ----they rotated among chinese, american, take out. They were all mediocre to bad. Maybe if they could have delivered beer or wine, it would have made the meals more palatable.
