The facilities are well thought through. We were in the Balinese suite which came with 2 jacuzzis, one in the toilet and one outdoor. The one outdoor is like the Japanese style type where you sit and your whole body is totally soaked in the pool up to the neck. The amenities also surprised us, other than the normal amenities, they provided face cleansing foam, face cleansing lotion, contact lens case, etc. We also had in built steam room in our shower and in-room karaoke with a good selection of songs. It is walking distance from Mitsui outlet. Given the setup, we expected it to be a bit lewd as a love hotel but in the end at breakfast, we saw many families with kids. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Even the lights which is controlled using the TV control was well thought through with various options. Overall, it was a great stay and we would definitely consider staying at other hotels of the same chain in future.

The Uinn Relax Hotel in Linkou was an excellent value. I stayed two nights in a room with two king-sized beds. Compared to most hotels I have visited in Asia, the room was quite spacious and had everything I needed for a good night's sleep. Good bed with a comforter that felt like down - thick but light and breathable - and an assortment of pillows. The shower stall was also very spacious and fully enclosed. The staff was friendly and very helpful, and even called taxis for me when I needed them. The included breakfasts were just what I wanted - assorted Taiwanese breakfast goodies and decent coffee. Not over the top fancy, but tasty and substantial. A a large shopping mall with restaurants is within walking distance. If you drive to the hotel, you will appreciate on-site parking. The only reasons I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because it is not a 5-star luxury hotel and the rooms were not quite soundproof. However, it's plenty comfortable and I didn't pay anywhere near a 5-star price. I would be happy to stay there again.

we stayed 2 nights in this hotel. From outside it looks not a hotel, but a place for short stay hotel. Reception is a little bit strange located. However after entered the hotel it seems to be a good place to stay. Rooms are big and have good bathroom and sitting area. Some rooms as a Jacuzzi, Good bed and free use of mini bar. Breakfast was simple but very good. Overall a good hotel for 4 stars. You can park your car in front of your apartment at every floor. A surprise overall

this hotel was surprised me in a special way. Their reception located at the entrance of the building. We can drive our car from the reception onwards still the room as there is a car garage located outside the room door. We can even park the car in the garage and shut the garage door. They also provide car cloth. Once we enter the room we got shocked as it looks like we are going for a honeymoon. I will start from the bathroom. The bathroom was really giving me a surprise. They provide the shower gel and hair shampoo a mix of conditioner. Their toilet and bathroom has sauna as well. There is a remote where we can switch on the sauna. Near the sink area their amenity was also surprise me. The normal amenity that normally 5-star Burj Al Arab provided they also have but they have extra such as contact lens container, contact lens clipper and eye drop. They have bath tub that enough 2 person to enjoy. The bath have jacuzzi facility and water fall with different colour of light from the ceiling for us to enjoy. They also provide a tv by the bath tub to allow watch the tv channel. That tv is not connected together with the tv in the living room. Besides that they have speaker in the bathroom area when we watching the mini tv by the jacuzzi. They have a big living room with a big sofa and big balcony. They balcony was like a garden. Sadly the room is smoking room. They have a mini fridge and some minibar. There is some items is complimentary. Their room tv is also amazed and it can be turn 360degree according the the side that we want. They have a quite limited of movies in demand and quite a number of tv channels.
