“Beautiful first stop on our Serena Hotel 7 day safari”

“Perfect Tanzanian welcome”
This is a beautiful old coffee plantation estate turned into a hotel. The main building is the bar, reception, restaurant. The rooms are beautiful 'hut' dispersed around the property. “Birding at the Arusha Serena”
A highlight of our stay at Arusha Serena was a very nice and knowledgeable young man named Praygod Mosses, who took us birding around the property. He is studying to become a birding guide, and is excellent at knowing the birds by sight and sound. Be sure to ask for him!!!

“Nice rest after long flight”
We spent 2 nights here before heading off on safari. Rooms were great, decent food and amazing staff. Grounds were well kept and we had a walk around the gardens. Welcome drink on arrival. We didn’t go to the lake but could see in the distance, .
