A decent hotel in a great location with a quick shuttle to terminal 21 and Asok with good travel links. Its abit of a walk down the soi but nevertheless still has 7-11 and food nearby. A decent hotel in a great location with a quick shuttle to terminal 21 and Asok with good travel links. Its abit of a walk down the soi but nevertheless still has 7-11 and food nearby. The staff were amazing and really helpful when needed which we really appreciated. I would recommend this for a short stay in Bangkok.

“Nice hotel”

Great little hotel breakfast was great Buffett style lots of choices hot and cold food . Staff lovely and helpful the lady at breakfast very helpful as I was on crutches . Ham at the roof top bar helpful. Great base to see Bangkok from sky train x

This hotel is located just a 10-minute walk from the vibrant nightlife of Nana and a 15-minute walk from the main train stations: Sukhumvit MRT and Asok BTS. It is situated in a quiet area, away from noise, making it a peaceful retreat. For those who prefer not to walk to the MRT or BTS, a Tuk Tuk service from the hotel is available every hour. The staff here is friendly, attentive, and professional, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, there are a few areas for improvement, which I hope will be addressed: 1. **Passport Photo & Credit Card Deposit**: Upon arrival, the receptionist took a photo of my passport using their personal phone, which I found to be inappropriate. Additionally, I was asked to leave a credit card as a deposit, which I was not informed about beforehand. 2. **Corridors Not Air-Conditioned**: The corridors of the hotel are not air-conditioned, which can be uncomfortable in the tropical climate. 3. **Noisy Air Conditioning**: The air conditioning unit in the room is quite noisy. If turned off, the room becomes very hot, making it hard to sleep comfortably. 4. **Bathroom Ventilation**: The bathroom in the room lacks proper ventilation. The exhaust fan, if there is one, is weak, and the space does not seem to be air-conditioned. 5. **Shower Issues**: The shower hose in the bathroom was broken, causing water to flow slowly and unevenly. 6. **Excessive Use of Plastic**: While I appreciate the hotel’s effort to conserve plastic, replacing a toothbrush daily seems wasteful and could be reconsidered. 7. **Pool Maintenance**: The pool area requires attention. The water was not clean, and the lights in the water were not securely fastened. In fact, one of the lights had exposed wiring, which was a safety hazard. There was also litter on the pool floor, and the overall cleanliness of the area needs improvement. I would also suggest providing a menu at the tables around the pool. 8. **Restaurant Quality**: The quality of food at the restaurant could be improved. I ordered a steak, which was supposed to be 200 grams, but it was much smaller than expected, and the quality was poor, though it was priced accordingly. Additionally, I found fruit flies in the cereal for breakfast, which was quite unpleasant and concerning. 9. **Payment Issues**: When I attempted to pay with a credit card at the restaurant, I was told I had to go up to the pool area to make the payment, as there was no POS terminal in the restaurant. 10. **Privacy Concerns**: A significant issue was the lack of privacy in the room. The bedroom window faces directly into the bathroom, which allows for complete visibility of the bathroom area. This is unacceptable and should be addressed by adding proper privacy curtains or frosted windows. 11. **Dirty and Stained Carpet**: The carpet in the room was visibly dirty and stained, which detracted from the overall cleanliness and comfort of the space. 12. **Card Activation Issues**: As soon as you remove the key card from the room's slot to leave, the room immediately heats up, making it uncomfortable to return to. 13. **Minibar Suggestions**: The minibar could be improved by adding at least two snacks, as it currently only offers drinks, which feels somewhat limited for guests. Despite these concerns, I truly appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, which made my stay enjoyable. I hope the hotel will make improvements in the mentioned areas. Overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel, and I believe it has great potential with a few adjustments.

This hotel in Bangkok offers strong value for money. It’s about a 10-minute walk to a busy main road with shops, restaurants, bars, and transport, with a free shuttle available. Grab taxis and bikes are also easy to arrange. The area has a good mix of rooftop bars, casual spots, and nearby night markets, though there are more central locations if your focus is sightseeing. Rooms are a good size and breakfast is adequate. The main downside is the pool—small, with unclean glass panels and a slightly worn deck area. Limited sunbeds, shade by mid-afternoon, and occasional towel shortages were also issues. Drinks by the pool are reasonably priced. Overall, a solid option if you plan to spend most of your time exploring the city rather than at the hotel.
