Served us really well for three days in Bangkok. Nothing special about the room but perfectly adequate, no frills. A busy hotel with very accommodating staff. The highlight is the roof top pool. Perfect after days out touring the city. Restaurants and small night market outside which was great and not overwhelming. Within a short walk to the river which is brilliant for getting boats around the city, so easy and a pleasure. Felt safe and everything within easy reach.

Amazing location and ambience, right in the heart of the hustling and bustling Rambuttri Village. Surrounded in endless fabulous restaurants and market stalls with lots of bars with live music. If you want to be where the action is right on your doorstep and ambience is important to you, then highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Bangkok. We booked a double room (3 nights) which was pretty tiny but totally adequate and had a nice view. Super hard small double bed, but didn't have any aches or pains after each sleep. Shower was a bit tricky in the corner trying not to soak the entire bathroom, but manageable. We also had a twin room which was much bigger and had a better sized bathroom. Staff were super friendly with perfect English. The breakfast area by the fish pond is utterly picturesque and the breakfast buffet was really good, plenty of options. There is no way you could complain about the breakfast. The hotel restaurant was fantastic and the massage shop by reception was also a real bonus! Beautiful roof top pool too. Check in and out was effortless. Only negative was the noise at night, felt more like a hostel. This is a massive hotel with a number of wings. However for a short stay only, we would definitely come back due to the location for restaurants and vibe.

Stayed at the hotel for four nights and generally a positive experience. The staff are very nice and friendly. The room is large and spacious with a big double bed and a good sized fridge for a hotel room. The bathroom is a wet room which is fine, with toiletries (always a nice bonus), the water pressure is on the weaker side but no real issue here. The pool area is lovely with half the sun beds in the shade. Location is fantastic and probably the best thing about the hotel, right in the middle of it but far enough back that it doesn't affect your stay. Air conditioning is a bit ancient and quite loud and the walls between rooms are also a bit thin. It is situated next to a mosque, so if you are a light sleeper like myself expect to be woken up for call to prayer each morning. All in all though I would stay here again, especially for the cost, when returning to Bangkok.

We spent 3 nights here with my wife in a Premier Room. Positives: - The hotel offers excellent value for money. Even though we chose a more expensive type of room, it was much more affordable than other nearby hotels. - The location is fantastic. Bangkok’s main attractions and Khao San Road are within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet but still has plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. - The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. - Our room wasn’t particularly spacious, but the bed was comfortable, with a large, well-equipped bathroom. The air conditioning worked perfectly. I’ll mention a few minor issues with the room later. - The hotel has a very charming interior courtyard, which is also where breakfast is served. The building we stayed in was clean and well-maintained, with a lift available. The hotel consists of several buildings, but we didn’t explore them all, nor did we use the rooftop pool, so we can’t comment on those. - Breakfast was generally very good in terms of both variety and quality, with a few exceptions (for example: the bacon was very dry and almost impossible to eat, but it wasn’t a major issue). Negatives: - The soundproofing in our room wasn’t the best. While the street outside is relatively quiet and street noise was well blocked, the walls between rooms are quite thin. Fortunately, our neighbors were quiet most of the time, but if you get noisy ones, it could disturb your sleep. The air conditioning helped mask some of the noise, but if it’s turned down, the sound may become more noticeable. - The room lighting was a little dim. Even with all lights on at night, it wasn’t very bright. Not a major issue, but something that could be improved. Summary: All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back in the future. We highly recommend this hotel. It’s a budget hotel, so don’t expect luxury, but you’ll still have a wonderful time.
