“Wonderful and caring concierge service”
We had an unexpected flight cancellation during our stay, and the concierge team was incredibly helpful. Potgae, Tae, Dew went out of their way to help us resolve the situation and made a stressful experience much easier for our family. “Always a pleasure”
It’s always a pleasure to stay at the Courtyard on Sukhumvit 20. It’s convenient, comfortable and very good value. Plus the breakfast buffet is delicious. Special kudos to the breakfast staff, and the Concierge desk: Perm, Tae and Potae. I look forward to my next visit.
