I booked the Golden Jade Suvarnabhumi Hotel for a quick overnight transit before an early morning flight. The location in Lat Krabang is highly convenient, sitting just a 10 to 15-minute drive from Suvarnabhumi Airport. This made it the ideal base for my logistics, as I needed to return my rental car to the SIXT depot en route to the terminal. We paid just £55 for the Family Suite, which I thought was exceptional value for money. The room was modern, clean, and incredibly spacious. It features a large bed in the main area and another bed setup right beside it. Travelers should note that there is no physical room partition or door dividing the spaces—it is entirely open plan. This worked perfectly for us, but it is worth keeping in mind if you require absolute privacy. The bathroom was decent, and the shower was impressively powerful and hot. I was also delighted to find the towels beautifully folded into the shape of an elephant on the bed—a lovely, classic Thai touch! We arrived quite late around 8:00 PM, and the staff were very friendly, making the check-in process quick and easy. There is convenient on-site parking, and I was able to park our rental car right outside the front of the hotel. Because of our late arrival, we did not have time to fully explore the hotel facilities, but there are handy shops like a 7-Eleven right across the road to grab quick amenities. Check-out at 6:00 AM for our 8:00 AM flight was incredibly fast and smooth, which took all the stress out of our morning. If you want maximum rest before a flight and an easy rental car return, this hotel is a brilliant, budget-friendly choice.

We wanted a hotel close to the airport the night before our flight from Bangkok to USA, and chose this hotel based on generally positive reviews. We were happy with our choice! Clean, spacious, restaurant on property, friendly staff and tons of restaurants, markets, 7-11s and shopping centers all within an easy walk. Van service (for a fee) to airport. All in all, EXCELLENT VALUE.

“Worth trying out”

Good location if you don't mind a short walk. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and clean. Restaurant has good quality food

We stayed here for one night as we had an early flight to catch. The room was large and clean with helpful accessories. The corridors looked like prison landings. They could do with some plants etc just to brighten them up. The Aircon was really good but needed cleaning as it was pumping in cold air that smelt of drains. The fridge was well stocked but was so noisy that I had to turn it off. The restaurant was nice and the menu had a good choice. The food was also tasty. I asked for one glass of red wine but they told me that I had to buy a bottle. I thought that was strange. The following morning we had breakfast. The meat was that cheap plastic looking stuff that had no taste. The coffee was nice though. I would stay again just because it's really convenient for the airport. I would be disappointed if I chose this as a hotel to stay in for a break. The staff were excellent though. They were polite and really helpful.
