Room was large and clean, staff were very helpful and had my air con fixed with 20min of me notifying them of the problem! Pool on level 5B is very cool and great position. Service on the ground floor by desk staff and the security/concierge staff is very good! Never too busy to help on any matter!

I stayed for 7 nights in a two-bedroom suite. The check-in process was quick, and the bell service promptly assisted with our luggage to the room. For guests with their own cars, there is ample free parking available. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and offered excellent value for money considering the space provided. The on-site restaurant was pleasantly affordable, with menu prices comparable to budget eateries around Bangkok—quite impressive given the ambiance. However, it closes early in the evening, so it’s not ideal if you’re arriving late and hoping for dinner. We tried the indoor pool, though the water was not heated. Instead, we enjoyed relaxing in the warm Jacuzzi. Service throughout our stay was commendable. The staff were consistently attentive, and I particularly appreciated the security team, who went the extra mile by opening cab doors, checking seats with a flashlight after drop-offs, and recording vehicle plate numbers. Small gestures like these make a big difference. Housekeeping staff were equally diligent and efficient. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to BTS Chong Nonsi, with stops at Central Rama 3 and Lotus malls, both about a 10–15 minute walk away. Note that the shuttle does not operate on Sundays. On the downside, the showers in the changing rooms near the pool had no running water, and the door locks were jammed and rusted. While the steam and sauna facilities were available, they were not switched on, and no attendant was present to assist. Overall, it was a very good stay, and despite a few minor issues, I would happily return.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood of Bangkok, its perfect for families. We had a 2-bedroom apartment, very thoughtfully furnished. There is a market with a full range of restaurants from Vietnamese to Japanese and Pizza next door. 3 7-11s around. There's street food, some of it serves the most delicious grub I've had in Bangkok at unbelievably cheap prices. If you want to access the city, suggest the Sathorn Pier, a 15 minute Grab ride away. Everything is accessible, and you have a sane place to come back at night.

We booked the hotel for our first 3 nights in Bangkok, mainly because of the price. Overall the room was spacious and clean... BUT the rest of of the hotel, the interior, furniture etc. were very old and worn out. Be careful when you open a closet or kitchen door, as it might fall off completely. Also be careful when entering of leaving the lift, as the door immediately closes and you can hurt yourself. The small pool of the Narathiwas Hotel was ok, the big community pool as disgusting, with broken tiles, dirty water and broken pool loungers. Breakfast was surprisingly OK. Location was a bit off the main roads, not easy to find for taxi or grab, better to walk a few metres to the main raod. So overall, if you just need a spacious room to sleep and don't want to spend any time at the hotel, its fine. But if you are looking for more comfort during your stay, better choose something else.
