I've already reviewed the Rinradee 2, which is an annex to the Sita Princess, so this one will be short. It's definitely worth paying a little extra to pay in the main hotel as the rooms are just so much better. There's more space, the bathrooms are really good for the price and all the electrical outlets are in the right places. As usual, I always have a couple of quibbles and the first is that the shower head was held in place outside of the bath area, which seems really silly as it's such an easy thing to fix. The second is the reception service which is polite but needs work. Otherwise it's a good choice, especially if you have kids who love water. Try to get a room on the 6th floor as the views are great.

We choose this hotel as a 1 nt stopover, arriving late afternoon and leaving early morning. Hotel is quietly located at the end of a narrow soi, just off the main road. Modern rooms, incl flatscreen (strictly thai channel), nice bathroom, excellent bed, good AC and small frig. Very clean. As we were rather tired, we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant, not having noticed any other facility nearby as we drove in. Adjacent to the pool, the restaurant gave a messy impression; childrens pool-toys dispersed on some tables nd chairs. Sole waitress was either exhausted from a long days work or had hit the bottle in the afternoon. Some dishes advertized outside on a board were not available, overall quality of the (thai) food we eventually ordered was so and so. Price was reasonable. I paid a (negociated) price of 700 THB for the room (Excl Brfst), which is what it 's worth into my opinion. Certainly not worth the prices I had seen on some booking-sites prior to our arrival.

“A Good Hotel at a Low Price”

The staff were friendly and the room clean and comfortable. The hotel is reasonably well situated for the centre of Buri Ram. Breakfast was good, but we found the dining room and reception area very cluttered with furniture and accessories. Very good value at such a low price.

“OK”

A big old hotel that is OK, but past its prime, and somewhat out of the city center, though it is next to a cool cat cafe called Four Legs in Love. The hotel has a pool and half (a shallow kids' pool).

The hotel I chose because Buriram was packed due to hosting the world superbikes. It is a 5 minutes walk from the bus station. It's easy to find if you have Google map otherwise hidden in a back lane. First problem came before we even reached the hotel. We called to ask what time we can check in because we don't want to lug bags around the Superbike circuit. 4pm was the answer! 4pm! I'm not paying for half a day board here lol. On arriving a porter came out immediately to help with all baggage and was very friendly. The desk staff spoke English and were fast and efficient but looked extremely overworked and sick. Never the less still very helpful but looked unhappy, possibly due to feeling sick. The hotel is very big and glass elevators made it look modern. First problem was they gave me & my girlfriend a twin bed room and told me that pushing the beds together was better than a king bed! Haha! Yeah sure. Change the room please. Eventually they got me into a king room after some fuss. The room was large and bed comfortable but noisy as it was on wheels so no funny business! Lol. Bathroom nice with powerful water pressure. The air conditioning was awful despite looking new. The positioning of it was all wrong for maximum air flow. Took an age to get comfortable. The wifi was shockingly bad. Various levels of router but extremely slow. The swimming pool photographer must've been a professional because the picture was superb. The pool not! It's most definitely a kids size pool so don't expect to be doing laps. The restaurant for was excellent and good piece. The hostess a real firecracker! Funny lady. Breakfast was ample but mainly Thai (duh) so funny expect much western food. Eggs, toast and coffee is all good. All in the hotel is decent but overpriced. I overhead someone who hadn't booked via booking.com pay 850 baht where as my app booking came to 1400. Call if you can is my advice.
