“Budget hotel”
The bathroom is not comfortable and the room is small, but the hotel has a swimming pool, 2 elevators, easy access (no stairs) to Anussan market and night bazaar and the breakfast buffet has a nice spread off fresh fruits, juice, eggs and hot dog, salad bar and some Thai dishes with rice and past... more

“Good location but they don't deliver what they promised.”
1. Good location 2. Room is clean and well kept 3. Friendly cleaners all around 4. Front desk don't provide early check-in for returning guess. “Very Expensive and Dated”
Great location and the staff were friendly however the rooms were extremely dated. We felt the price far too high for the quality of the hotel. I have been to Chiang Mai many times before and you can get a lot more for your money elsewhere. Again, good location though

Stayed as part of a group tour. Hotel was comfortable and was debating a 3 or 4 star but the rating of 4 star being very good pushed it down.
