“great place to stay”
still one of the best places to stay in Chiangmai: although right in the middle of the old town, the hotel is quiet; the rooms feel very luxurious (each room has its own balcony); breakfast is good; the staff is friendly and helpful

“Lacking hot water”
This hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of Chiang Mai old city. Very comfortable room and very friendly, helpful staff. Great Pina Colada at the pool bar. “Very Reasonable”
Very adequate hotel. Staff ok. Buffet breakfast quite nice. Reasonably central. Tuk tuk handy and cheap (50 thb per hour). Nice pool and relaxing area. Bar area nice. Recommended not to enjoy a drink outside in evenings because of mosquitoes Would come back.
