I stayed at this hotel on and off for over 40 nights between June and September this year and I would not hesitate to stay there again.The girls who ran the show were always willing to help and had a good grasp of english.My room was comfy and quiet and you could easily walk to all of the attractions around the town.My room was always cleaned after my daily activities with plenty of clean towels,loo paper and two free bottles of water per day.There is 3 free wi fi routers thru the hotel so reception is not an issue where ever you are.Thanks again to Timmy and your team for looking after me so well over those months and I'll see you all next year.....Tony

“With A Few Improvements Could Make This Excellent”

Sleep quality is my number 1 when reviewing a hotel. The first night we were awakened by a relentless barking dog right behind the property at 3:00 in the morning. Though not the managements fault they would have to be aware of it and need to work with there neighbors to get this under control. The last night we had to get up at 4:30 and yes again the dog is barking on a night in which we really needed our sleep. We would have asked to change our room except that my husband liked the size of the room. The pillows were also not nearly as good as they should be in a hotel that charges $200.00/ night, a lot by Chaing Mai standards. The second most important is cleanliness. The room overall was clean. The floors looked like they could use a good clean, dark red tile that still looked dirty. The bathroom was clean but the toilet seat definitely needed to be replaced. The overall ambiance is third and I give the hotel excellent for that. It has beautiful architecture and was beautifully lighted in the evenings. The breakfast buffet was very nice, especially the cinnamon rolls. We could also order an omlette or eggs benedict to order which also was included. The outdoor dining area was very pleasant with its's blue and white tiled walls and collection of blue and white pottery upon the walls. The swimming pool was large, warm and inviting. I felt that it was clean and well maintained and our enjoyment of the pool is what moved there rating up. We dined twice in the hotel because it was out of doors in the courtyard and the temperature was perfect. There were also musicians playing traditional music and it was just lovely. The first evening the food was excellent. The last night my husband and I again we were very specific about eating hot chilies, and no green chilies, because of allergies, and we did not want it too hot. My husband bit into what looked like a green onion and the pepper was so hot he had to excuse himself and go back to our room. It was so disappointing. I think given the problem with the dish they should have taken the charge off our bill and offered him something else to eat entirely. The waiter did repeat us several times no spice, little spice, so he seemed to understand. Overall the staff was very polite and pleasant. They can order a taxi and it is close to the airport.
