We stayed in a Deluxe Room at The Loft Room for 3D2N. The hotel is centrally located at the lively Nimman Soi 13, which houses all those cute cafes and concept stores. The room is very spacious and has all the basic things you need. Breakfast choices may be limited but it’s good and filling. Special mention to all the accommodating staff of The Loft Room. Your help and hospitality made our stay extra special!

“It's a 3 star ...”

I do like the hotel location, being so close to many eateries and main roads. The beds, at least in the room I was in, had two platform mattresses, pillows were way too soft. A/C did work very well. I do like the hotel location, being so close to many eateries and main roads. The beds, at least in the room I was in, had two platform mattresses, pillows were way too soft. A/C did work very well. There was a rolled up soft tissue, still somewhat damp at the edge of the bed during check in. Unsure what that was about. Bathroom is ... well lacked good hot water and the vertical bar for the shower head did not work. Overall a decent place, fits the boutique guestroom model. Will try a second time later in 2018, to give it a second chance.

“Disappointed by this guesthouse (not a hotel)”

We spent 2 nights at the Loft Room that we choose because of the good rating on Tripadvisor. What a disappointment. This is not a hotel but more a guesthouse. The location is not the best even if there are lots of restaurant. The road is quite dark at night and not very convenient. There are 3 persons in charge: a lady, really nice, the only one who speaks english and very helpful; a young man who works at night and another man who is in charge of the breakfast (who never speaks, not the nicest one...). We had a deluxe room: no elevator, on the 2nd floor. It was very spacious but what we did not like was the fact that when we switched on the light in the bathroom, people can see in it from the hallway... As I said, in my opinion, this is not a hotel at all. The cleaning is on demand everyday. It means that if you don't ask for it, the room will not be cleaned, beds will not be done, towels will not be changed and bottles of water will not be given. For the price we paid, we were really disappointed. They could at least automatically give us bottles of water everyday. Breakfast was OK even though the man in charge was not super friendly (the one who did not speak). We asked twice (when we booked our room and when we checked in) if they had a vegetarian option. they said yes but we never had it... We will not choose the Loft Room again (very expensive and no (minimum) service).
