“Rim's great service!”
We had a wonderful stay at the Rim Resort. The staff is amazing, particularly the front desk and restaurant serving staff. The room was clean, and well maintained, the facilities are also well maintained. The team went above and beyond!

love this hotel so much. Every corner smells lovely, and the environment here is elegant with distinctive Lanna-style interiors. The whole place is quiet, and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. I had a wonderful stay here.

Perfect spot in the quiet end of Chiang Mai Old Town, convenient for all areas by food or inexpensive ‘Grab’ rides. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the building has character. It was absolutely amazing! The Rim team is so thoughtful, welcoming and gentil. They arranged our sidewalks, helped us with every trouble we had. I strongly recommend this hotel!
