“Xym Hotel Chiang Mai”
Stayed here for 2 nights.paid for the better room which was excellent. Own featured coffee shop onsite. 7.11 next door. Food court across the road. Central shopping Mall nearby. Highly recommend here.

“Location near airport ”
Just an average for this price range. Every thing are fine with me except the mosquitoes in the lobby bothered me most, wish the hotel management's has better control for the mosquitoes. Save money by booking online than walk in.

“Good location, but does not have a safe.”
Booked online through Agoda. Room is cleaned everyday. Does not have a safe and door is locked with only a key, not a keycard, so beware of valuables. “Payment online is terrible”
I could not do payment online even though there is a system online. I did try several times, need to fix shortly because sometime we need to pay by credit card not cash what not convenient so much, good hotel but not good system.
