This hotel is so underrated in terms of value for money and location. Nothing to expect much since the price per room per night is very affordable. “Dirty”
The staff is very friendly and always smiling. The room was very old and dirty. Didn't looked like the picture. was more expensive to book from the hotel than if we have booked on line. They offerd us coffee in the morning and there is free water.

“Cheap Style”
Nothing special Located next to friends bar. Inexpensive. Nice location on Loi Kroh Rd. Ok if on a budget. It is difficult to say much more about this place other than located near many highly rated restaurants on Loo Kroh rd.

Myself and my partner stayed here in mid april. It was quiet and clean. My only issue with the room was the shower, our water was often cold. Being chang mai it got cool at night and in the evening.
