“Lovely breakfast”
We were staying nearby but discovered the breakfast, which was fantastic. For 100 baht there was a choice of different styled eggs with side salad and pineapple. Also a choice of decent coffee. “Very cute!”
This place was very nice, clean and they took great care of us! I stayed here with a group of friends and they catered to our American taste for breakfast and the beds were much softer than other places we’ve been! I would definitely recommend this place. The lady who runs it is so nice, too.

“Perfect place to stay”
Backpacking on budget we always look for cheap accomodation. Sadly chiang rai has grown a lot over the last years so it is not easy to find a clean guesthouse with reasonable prices anymore. 99% of tourists book before even getting to thailand and this has led to the little hotels shutting down. “Excellent stay”
Very impressed with Jansupar court! Super clean and tidy, decent sized room with ensuite, and very close to the Sunday walking market (1min walk), as well as a short walk to town (10min). Lovely staff.

“Good quality/ price”
The place is not far from the city center, rooms are clean, big and quiet. The only things you can hear is few animals or bikes around. Good value for breakfast as well. I didn't check the wifi, i recommend to buy a tourist sim card for 200baht a week to be used everywhere in Thailand.
