Baan Term Fun Saen Suk is a small hotel, or perhaps Guest House would describe it better, close to the beach. There is no view of the beach as such from the property. “Nice place to stay”
We have been to Bang Saen before and ended up in a rather prostitute friendly area of this rather lovely seaside resort. “Cosy near the beach”
This is a cosy hotel just a short walk from the beach. The rooms are a little small and you pay extra for the location. There are hotels with better prices in Bang Saen, but a little farther form the beach. Nice clean rooms and friendly service

“Nice lodge (not Hotel) with limited facilities”
Stayed for 1 night only but it was great because of its location, very near to beach (but no sea face or sea view rooms and no breakfast or other meals).
