“Honest staff”
Today I left Thailand where we stayed at Mac Resort Hotel Koh Chang, when I left I accidentally left my bag with my diamond ring, money and bank card. “Awful staff. Bad food. Big rooms ”
Traveled Thailand for over 30 years and unfortunately without doubt, Mac Resort has the most miserable, inhospitable staff I've encountered. “You get what you pay for on the island”
The resort complex is very tired, in need of an uplift the shower was diabolica. Staff and resort location 10/10 , the price is excellent, good clean bed and linen. Overall rating medium to good . The resort is placed well for daytime beach and night time beach activities.
