I had a wonderful stay at Akara Pattaya. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The location is also convenient, making it easy to get around Pattaya. What impressed me the most, however, was the exceptional service from the team—especially Khun Din (Bellman/Driver). During my stay, the car lift experienced a technical issue, and my car could not be brought down from the parking area. Khun Din immediately took action by inviting us to relax and enjoy complimentary ice cream at Scoopi while we waited. When it became clear that retrieving the car would take longer than expected, Khun Din quickly came up with another solution. He arranged for the hotel’s van, driven by Khun Boy, so we could continue with our planned visit to Wat Phra Yai. Khun Boy drove us safely to the temple, patiently waited for us to finish, and then brought us back to the hotel. This was truly an outstanding example of service recovery. Instead of simply apologizing for the inconvenience, the team went above and beyond to ensure our plans were not disrupted. Their professionalism, quick thinking, and genuine hospitality turned an unfortunate situation into a memorable experience. A big thank you to Khun Din, Khun Boy, and the entire Akara Pattaya team. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I have to give special praise to Honey at the front desk. From the moment I checked in, Honey was incredibly warm, patient and helpful. She greeted me with a big friendly smile, clearly introduced all the hotel facilities, and recommended plenty of amazing local restaurants and hidden scenic spots. During my stay, whenever I had questions about transport or room amenities, Honey replied politely right away and solved all my issues efficiently. The hotel boasts an unbeatable location, tidy and cozy rooms, a relaxing vibe and great value for money. Above all, Honey’s thoughtful, attentive service made my trip far more pleasant and unforgettable. I will definitely book this hotel again next time I travel here, and I highly recommend it to every visitor!

I stayed here for a business trip to Pattaya, which was my first time visiting the city. I chose this hotel because it was relatively new. When I arrived at the main entrance, three cars were already parked in front. The driveway is a bit cramped, and there is a slope leading down from the main road. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward. My room offered both a city view and an ocean view. Later, when I went up to the top floor to see the infinity pool, the ocean view was amazing—especially since there were no pillars blocking the sightline. It happened to be my birthday during my stay. When I returned to my room that night, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel had provided a birthday chocolate cake. It was a wonderful gesture and excellent customer service. The hotel's location is great for dining and nightlife. Walking around, I found plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping malls nearby. One of the main highlights was the public bath on the ground floor, named "Totonou Onsen." Borrowed from Japanese, Totonou is a term used to describe the refreshing feeling after a sauna session, and Onsen means a hot spring or bath. It's a Japanese-style bathhouse right in Thailand. I really enjoyed it—especially since I had the entire bath to myself near closing time late at night. It was a bit dimly lit, but that was fine by me. Unfortunately, Totonou Onsen was closed the next day due to technical issues. I tried to book a slot before leaving, as the hotel kindly allowed me to use it after checkout due to the maintenance delay. However, another group had already booked it, so I missed out.
