“Pretty hotel”

At first glance, I was thankful I wasnt a bus driver. There was not a lot of parking. So the bus driver had to hold up traffic to back up into the parking area. We had a double bed so we were on the 8th floor. I dont know if the plumbing is the same throughout. We had a huge tube. So we decided to take a bath. When we finished it was taking forever to drain. So I pulled the plug on the tub, big mistake. We then heard water running.It was coming from the drains on the floor. Water was quickly filling the toilet room and where the tub was sitting. We quickly put the plug back and it slowed. So we let it drain really slow. We then never felt like the floor was clean. The next day we returned to our room and the floor was wet all the way to the front door. I think our neighbor tried the tub too. They were not as fast at putting the plug back....lol Great breakfast buffet, looks really clean. My only complaint is we never got soap, toilet paper and shampoo. We asked at the front desk and they rudely said ask the maid on that floor. Never saw the maid but her cart was locked and a mess. We did get our towels replaced and there is a 7-11 across the street for the toiletries.

“Hotel is ok”

This hotel isn’t the best for a family up to 3, me and my family booked a room up on the 700s dorms and it suck. The bathroom is hella tiny, there’s even a gap inside the shower that lead outside to the bathroom. Honestly I would not recommend unless you are going by yourself or with another person… more

This hotel isn’t the best for a family up to 3, me and my family booked a room up on the 700s dorms and it suck. The bathroom is hella tiny, there’s even a gap inside the shower that lead outside to the bathroom. Honestly I would not recommend unless you are going by yourself or with another person. The biggest complaint I have is how small the bathroom really tiny.

Stayed in room 308 Pros: - There are 2 convenient stores opposite the hotel (7-11 and Lotus Express) - Room is spacious and has balcony - Staff are friendly and helpful - Breakfast was good, Asian food was great and variety enough. Thai tea is very delicious - Breakfast area has pool view - Each floor has different theme color according to colors of the day in Thailand i.e. 2nd floor is yellow (Monday), 3rd floor is pink (Tuesday) - Some rooms might have different decoration, friend got a Hello Kitty decoration while our rooms were just pink paint although we stayed in the same floor Cons: - Headboard was dusty - Water was leaking from the bidet spray and there is no partition between shower and toilet so water was out in the toilet area which made the whole bathroom flooded and slippery, please check room 308 - Bathroom window is see-through from the decal so if you're not traveling with friends or family please be aware - Fridge in the room is moldy and dirty and not cold at all, please check room 308 - Room is not soundproof you can hear people shut the door from other floor - TV has only a few channel and very blurry - Butter at breakfast is actually margarine and cheap strawberry and pineapple jam - Waffles were a bit cold - Didn't use the pool but considering it is adjacent to the road and parking space so don't recommend if you want privacy
