“Great hotel located near terminal 21”
First of all I'd like to thank managment for my room upgrade. It was due to my original room (342) wasnt up to standard. Both rooms have amazing views, customer service is on point, the new room is so big it has 2 tvs, 2 different air con units for front and back of the room. Thanks again

“Family Hoilday”
Had Grand Club Room on the 8th Floor. Well worth it. Special acknowledgment of the Club Lounge staff-Pattie,Tipsy,Biwty, Sky, Honey and Benz. They were all excellent and only too happy to help with anything. Will definitely be back thanks
