This is a stand out hotel, Great value for money and i have already booked to come back, Well worth adding the breakfast , Maybe it would be wiser to book in to a room on the south side due to noise from some clubs, But you do get use to the noise. “Superb”

I’m currently staying at this hotel and I’m 2 weeks into a 4 week stay. Check in. Fast and very friendly reception staff who speak good English and go out of their way to find you a room to suit your preferences. Room (1806) Spotlessly clean and great facilities. Massive storage space and good size balcony. No noise from bars and night clubs on opposite site of hotel. Powerful rain shower, large fridge with freezer compartment. Super soft large bed with quality sheets and pillows. The only slight issue was the lack of electrical sockets at the side of the bed but I managed a work around solution with an extension lead. Air conditioning, lighting, do not disturb etc are all controlled by a console at the side of the bed with a ‘kill’ switch for all lights which was a fantastic feature. House Keeping Wow. This is where this hotel really excelled. Cleaning was done to an exceptional standard quickly and efficiently each day as if by magic when I left my room even if only for a few minutes. I can’t speak highly enough of the young man and young girl who looked after my room. Breakfast Fantastic extensive buffet and well worth the 300 baht per day extra. All the staff in the restaurant are superb. Very helpful and friendly. Bacon is also available upon request Staff All the staff here without exception are the most friendly I’ve come across. They are all a credit to the hotel. General There are 4 lifts serving the 27 floors and arrive very quickly. The small pool on the ground floor is spotlessly clean but the depth is a uniform 5 feet across the entire length so not ideal for non swimmers. The gym on the 19th floor is well equipped and maintained with good modern equipment and free weights Location Excellent. Many bars, shops and restaurants nearby and a 7-11 literally at the hotel entrance. Verdict This is a very good standard well run and well maintained hotel by exceptional staff throughout. Some of the room fixtures and fittings are showing some signs of age but nothing to put me off recommending this hotel. Would I return? Yes absolutely without a moment hesitation 👍

This hotel I see every time I come to pattaya. It was a smooth check-in staff very friendly indeed. I never had the food here, though it's only breafast. But what a nice and clean hotel.the furniture in the bedrooms reflects the hotels theme. The beds are superb pillows. I want to take them home, ha ha. the location is fantastic, but getting across the main road is a bloody nightmare but can be done with a little patience. I'm still here, by the way. I have 16 days here and loving it. Thank you, LK Oh, there is no bar in here. But that's not a problem as there are bars everywhere. There are 4 lifts, which are fast.room service available. Iron on request the shower is great the TV has a vast selection but not smart TV like no u tube etc... but I am picking now. But thank you LK I am enjoying my stay.

The hotel has both plus and minus points. Plus: - Good size room with lots of storage - Large comfortable bed - Nice large bathroom - Good wi-fi allowing steaming - Location on third road just opposite Soi pothole and a 5 minute walk to Lk metro - Well equipped gym for a hotel including multiple machines inc. a smith, cable station and light dumbbells up to 20kg - Thorough housekeeping and very helpful and friendly front desk staff - The highlight of the stay was that I broke a wheel on my Samsonite suitcase and after going to several stores in town inc. the Samsonite store (in central festival), none could fix it. I asked the front desk if they knew anywhere and they sent the engineer to my room who removed the wheel unit and to my amazement returned 20 mins later with a replacement! He didn’t even want any money either, but I made sure I gave him a good tip. Minus: - Outside of the hotels control is that as you’re on third road you will get traffic noise and also from a bar / club that goes on until the early hours. Despite being on the 18th floor and using ear plugs I could hear it, but I am a light sleeper. - The pool is very small for such a large hotel and is shaded for most of the day - The hotel I’d say is a little tired now and perhaps needs a bit of a spruce up - I didn’t have breakfast included but at 350 baht I’d say you can find alternatives outside far cheaper. Overall a solid hotel, although I’m not sure 4 star. Probably better suited for those who are ‘heavy’ sleepers.
