Location: This property is located in North Pattaya, a fifteen-minute walk from Terminal 21 Mall. The beach is a twenty-minute walk from the property and is not visible from the hotel. Transport: We visited this property during the New Year rush and found that the usually reliable Grab app was not functional on this island. Instead, we opted for shared TukTuks, which were available at a reasonable fare of 30 baht per person (or less during the off-season) opposite Terminal 21 Mall. Room: We had booked two rooms—one deluxe room with a bathtub and another superior room with a balcony. Our check-in was delayed by a few hours, and the superior room was unavailable. However, we were upgraded to a junior suite, which was a pleasant surprise. Cleanliness: The rooms were in excellent condition, with new-looking furniture and perfectly functioning charging outlets. My favourite feature was the tiny smoking corner with railings on the balcony. Another highlight was the cleaning staff, who worked round the clock even during the festive season. We simply placed the "clean my room" card outside our door at any time, and the room was thoroughly cleaned. Amenities: Dental and shaving kits were available upon request. The room was equipped with a hairdryer, a safety locker, two decent-quality bathrobes, two pairs of bathroom slippers, one shower cap, four cotton buds, an electric kettle, and complimentary coffee and tea, which were restocked after every cleaning. Staff Behaviour: The staff, from the receptionists to the cleaning crew, were extremely polite and humble. The receptionist on our first day was particularly courteous and took the time to clarify the prices of the water bottles in the mini fridge, which I appreciated for its transparency. Every staff member greeted us warmly throughout our stay, which added to the positive experience. Extra Points: The area caters primarily to families, ensuring a quiet atmosphere even on New Year’s Eve, with minimal party noise. Several convenience stores, including Seven Eleven and Best Superstore, are nearby and stocked everything we needed. The smaller food joints around the hotel are worth exploring, especially the Korean hotpot BBQ place and the traditional Thai cuisine spot next to Best Superstore. Additionally, there are multiple massage parlors on the street offering excellent massages at reasonable rates. Cons: The location may not suit those seeking proximity to the beach. The balcony is quite small, and the pool is standard-sized. Additionally, on the day of our checkout, the new receptionist seemed slightly rude, even though we had no prior interactions with her and had conducted ourselves respectfully. This may have been due to the New Year rush. Conclusion: If you're traveling with family, this property is a great choice, especially for Indian families looking for a peaceful getaway.

“Good Place to stay”

Nice place for a stay..rooms are clean n neat n seems quite new..Expect for swimming pool not much of activities available..morning breakfast have a good spread n variety of local n Indian food..quite reasonable n worth your penny..will surely recommend.

“Budgect friendly”

Nice and calm place, good restaurant but something to improve especially the behaviour of all of the staff, they are not keeping the standard of a four star hotel. Anyway affordable price , room and toilet are good, location is also good. Recommended
