Dear Mason, This was truly a dream! I have stayed at many, many resorts and hotels but nothing compares to this. From check-in to check-out the experience, concierge, staff and everything about the resort was amazing. When we checked in we were welcomed with special Thai drinks and our luggage got delivered to the villa. We reserved a Garden Pool Villa and Joe upgraded our stay to a Duplex. The villa was large and very luxurious. It included mini bar, Bluetooth speaker and such a comfy bed! We never wanted to wake up. Zila Street Bistro & Bar - We had breakfast here every morning and were ever disappointed. Every day had a new theme and we always looked forward to the next day to see what the theme was. Food was delicious, always fresh and so many options. Please recognize Ya (food and beverage manager) and Pop (Server) for their hard work and always welcoming smiles. Pop was always smiling, friendly and always made us feel welcomed. Krok-A-Cafe Espresso Bar - The views here were stunning and something we will never forget. We came here every night for happy hour and highly recommend! Please recognize Than, Jaa, and Mei Mei at this bar. Their attention to customers, new suggestions and always motivated to get the customer what they want is something we really enjoyed. Try their margaritas, highly recommend! Joe & Mint - They deserve special accolades. Remembering our names as a guest, high professionalism, always recommending new things and even going out of their way to always assist us were amazing! The gym was a really nice amenity and they even opened it up for us when it was closed so we could workout. That is top-tier customer service. I want to say, we were only here for 3 days and wanted to stay longer. It was so private, exclusive and we felt really special here. We would come here again & again. Concierge even went out of their way to check to see what roads were going to be closed for Songkran at our next destination and recommended what time we should check out to avoid road closures. They even gave us waterproof cases for Songkran! That’s above and beyond! We want to say a special thank you to Than, Jaa, Mint, Joe, Mei Mei, Pop & Ya. We are grateful to have met all of you and we look forward to coming back. Thank you for making my husbands 30th birthday truly memorable. Congrats on winning Michelin 2025 award! This stay was an experience that exceeded all expectations in every aspect. From the very first moment I stepped into the hotel, I could immediately sense the atmosphere of elegance and true professionalism. Every staff member welcomed me warmly, paid attention to every detail, and offered assistance with genuine smiles. The room was thoughtfully designed, perfectly blending luxury with comfort. Every corner was impeccably clean. The bed was exceptionally soft and comfortable, making rest feel completely indulgent. The view from the room was stunning and created a remarkable sense of peace and serenity. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained, whether it was the swimming pool, common areas, or the restaurant. Everything reflected a high standard of quality. The food was outstanding, both in taste and presentation, resembling a true work of art. What truly made this hotel exceptional was the outstanding level of service. The staff had a natural ability to make guests feel special and genuinely cared for. This was not simply a place to stay, but an experience worth remembering. It is a hotel I will certainly return to and highly recommend to anyone seeking comfort, privacy, and true luxury.

Mason is the best private pool villa I have ever stayed at. Despite our very late 4 a.m. arrival, the staff welcomed us warmly with drinks and smooth check-in service. Every villa has a stunning ocean view, a private pool, and even an in-room jacuzzi overlooking the sea—waking up here truly feels like paradise. The eco-friendly design, cozy bedding (especially the pillows), and kind of private butler service using LINE make it feel like a true five-star experience. The food is outstanding. Breakfast at ZILA changes daily, Arakate offers a great variety, and the sunset dining is exceptional. The Pad Thai is easily the best I’ve ever had. The main pool area also serves excellent drinks and food, and the bartender’s cocktails are a must-try. Complimentary ice cream is a lovely bonus, especially for families. There’s so much to enjoy that you barely need to leave the resort—yoga with ocean views, private beach activities, kayaking, paddle boating, and a relaxing underground spa. Every corner of Mason is photo-worthy. I heard that this hotel has a Michelin One Key, and it truly lives up to that recognition. All the staff were incredibly kind, but I would like to give special thanks to Opal, who welcomed us warmly even during our 4 a.m. check-in; AunAun and Peipei, who took such friendly care of us and our child at every meal; Ja, who speaks Korean well and made communication easy; Jan, who consistently checked on our comfort; Frame, the recreation instructor who patiently guided my child through their first yoga experience; Pond, who always kindly served ice cream to the kids; and Mint, who often came by to chat with the children whenever they were together. I can’t wait to come back here as soon as possible. Next time, I’d love to enjoy even more of the activities that I didn’t get to experience this time.

“Couldn't see the value...”

Very expensive - but disappointing. Especially when compared to The Standard nearby. We had a meal a day included but having eaten one dinner at the hotel we decided to go out instead - a great decision. The staff were wonderful - no criticism at all there. Very expensive - but disappointing. Especially when compared to The Standard nearby. We had a meal a day included but having eaten one dinner at the hotel we decided to go out instead - a great decision. The staff were wonderful - no criticism at all there. But there wasn't even space to unpack a suitcase. And we had a Duplex Villa. Great for weekenders from Bangkok with a small bag - but not for those on a bigger trip. Admittedly I had just spent a week at the Four Seasons in Bangkok - which was cheaper and a great great hotel - but the Mason was more expensive and I felt I was being ripped off.
