“Awesome Vibe”
Great rooms, staff, facilities, buffet, & vibe. Spent a couple of days at Mermaid this past. Comfy, spacious, & clean room with a nice balcony, a yummy breakfast, a short walk to the beach, an afternoon swim at the pool, & finished the day with a pint at the poolside beer court. “Almost perfect”
This hotel was so nice. The pool was nice. The bar by the pool was perfect. The staff and the cleaners would go out their way to make your stay a happy one. Only minor complaint was the hard pillows but the lovely staff would give me a topper See you again in September

“Nice hotel fantastic staff”
Nice hotel. Fantastic serviceminded Staff. If you choose to get the massage chair when you arrive make sure to remind them. It will probably not be prepared for you otherwise.
