I had a great stay at this hotel for 5 nights, where the location is great if your looking for an affordable hotel close to main attractions (about 10 mins walk to Pattaya Beach). The room I had was very spacious and clean, with excellent WIFI connection. Whilst the only con I experienced was that the hotel no longer serves food etc - the staff were extremely helpful in providing advice on local mobile apps that allowed myself to order food from a wide variety of food outlets. Overall a great stay and a special shout out to the manger Nui, who was very accommodating to my needs - Thanks Nova Gold!

“2nd stay with same staff and level of service.”

We stayed 17 nights in 2 rooms that was good. The shower in One of the rooms was cold so, the hotel could not fix and changed the room without fuss. The location and level of service is impressive. We stayed 17 nights in 2 rooms that was good. The shower in One of the rooms was cold so, the hotel could not fix and changed the room without fuss. The location and level of service is impressive. The Irish bar has now closed, but other businesses are there, like laundry, hair dressing, food outlets, etc. The pool is in a shade but can be relaxing. Guests can use the pool in the sister hotels nearby. The only problem we had was the level of spot lighting not being sufficiently bright even when all is switched on. You have smart TV with many channel choice. The management of the hotel were helpful when our flight was changed due to the war in the gulf and need to stay extra night that the staff accommodate us despite the hotel being almost full. They provided us with a phone to speak with the airline to resolve the matter and printed our boarding passes. We are grateful for this assistance. I will not hesitate to stay at this hotel again when returning to pattaya.

Good afternoon everyone. We had stayed here for almost 7-weeks. Our very first visit at this hotel. Now we will give you our truthful experience staying here. The hotel facilities were exceptional. All the local and required amenities. all with in walking 🚶‍♂️ distance. 7/11 beach. 🏖 local inexpensive Thai restaurants.all the staff here from the front of house. Manager noi. and chambermaids. Very professional. in there pursuit of catering to the hotel guests requirements. And noi went of her way to make sure your stay was comfortable.and convenient.and noi had provided a very comfortable taxi 🚖 ride to the airport. So overall we will happily give this hotel a 9/10. And anybody that is looking for a comfortable and reliable hotel stay. Thank you noi your wonderful staff
