Here is a breakdown of my experience: The Atmosphere & Design From the moment you arrive, the architecture does the talking. The resort is designed with a unique jungle theme that manages to feel both industrial-chic and incredibly lush. As soon as you step into the lobby, the atmosphere shifts—you immediately feel at ease, at peace, and surrounded by tranquility. It’s the kind of place that lowers your heart rate just by looking at it. World-Class Service The hospitality here is top-tier. All the staff members are incredibly welcoming and genuine. Whether it’s checking in or needing a quick favor, they are attentive to every need with a "can-do" attitude that makes you feel like a VIP throughout your stay. The Room: Luxury Meets Comfort The villas are nothing short of stunning. My room was: • Impeccably Clean: Spotless from corner to corner. • Beautifully Designed: The aesthetic is modern yet cozy. • The Highlight: Having a private jacuzzi was the ultimate luxury—perfect for unwinding after a long day. Facilities The resort doesn't skimp on the extras. The facilities are great, offering everything you need for a self-contained vacation, from the impressive main pools to the well-equipped gym and dining areas. The One Catch (The "Cons") It is worth noting that the resort is a bit far from the main city activities and the beach. If you want to be in the middle of the walking street action, this isn't it. However, this is barely an issue in the age of ride-sharing. Grab and Bolt are always available and very affordable, so getting to the pier or the malls is still effortless. Plus, the distance is exactly what keeps the resort so quiet and peaceful! (P.s the hotel provides free shuttle bus to terminal 21 and central pattaya)

The Gems Mining Pool Villas Pattaya is an absolutely unique place. I've traveled extensively around the world and stayed in many comfortable places, but I've never encountered a place like The Gems Mining Pool Villas Pattaya. Absolutely perfect in every respect. The rooms are dreamlike, magnificent and enormous (with jacuzzis and even swimming pools inside the rooms). The staff is a role model for all hotels worldwide. From the General Manager, Mr. Thawintorn Kanungkid Natt, through the reception staff, both restaurants (Tram and Cast Away), vehicle service, pool lifeguards, facility security (especially Sombat), and housekeeping... absolute professionalism, personal culture, and a wealth of sympathy for guests. Always ready to help. Big applause................. other properties should learn what such a perfect place should look like. In short, we spent almost two weeks relaxing with our family and, for the first time in our lives, didn't want to go back home. It was wonderful and we will return there every year because we have found our holiday spot on earth............ Marek with his family (Poland)

The girl at the reception, May, was very kind and sweet and helped us every day with everything—from arranging taxis to giving recommendations for anything we needed. “Staycation, very close to the motorway”

Stayed here for one night. The staff were lovely and helpful. Food was great. The room we stayed in was spacious but very dark and smelt damp. Stayed here for one night. The staff were lovely and helpful. Food was great. The room we stayed in was spacious but very dark and smelt damp. The hot tub in the room was a nice addition that the kids enjoyed! To get around you have to use a buggy provided by the hotel, we tried to walk and got very lost! We only stayed 30 minutes by the pool, the music was far too loud it was like being in a nightclub, it was unfortunately not a peaceful place to relax which would put me off returning. There was a seating area outside the room but it was on the road so not private and felt very dark due to high plants surrounding and also lots of mosquitos!
