Lovely spacious hotel with large, very comfortable suites. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant had awesome meals and drinks. It was a very luxurious experience, including the golfing in that beautiful course just beside the hotel. The caddies were part of the golf cart rental and were very friendly and helpful with the game. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel complex. It won’t disappoint!

“Dont stay there”

This hotel had promise. We stayed on 2 separate nights either side of our flights to / from Ko Samui. We had a 2 bedroomed apartment which was clean and spacious. There was a huge balcony which overlooked the golf course and my son enjoyed watching other people play. The main bathroom was large and had a huge selection of lighting options! The breakfast was probably the best of our holiday (we stayed in 5 hotels). The washing machine was a bonus. We did 3 wash loads in one evening and everything was dry by the time we left the next day. We even borrowed an iron and ironing board. But…. The bed was hard, there were no bedside lights on the 1st night and only 1 on the 2nd night and no light switches by the beds. We had to get out of bed to walk to the door to switch off the lights. There were no sockets by the bed either so my mobile charged on the other side of the room. The curtains were not blackout and so the light flooded in. In room 609 the door from the 2nd bathroom into the bedroom was broken and so our sons couldn’t easily get back to their bedroom. In both rooms the battery had gone on the weighing scales. Why provide scales if people can’t use them? The golf was expensive and so my husband and son didn’t play. They would have had to hire shoes and clubs and a golf buggy and a caddy each as well as paying for the round. If there had been a driving range my son would have used that. However, my main complaint is the way we were treated when we checked out after the 2nd night. We had read the reviews about being charged for slippers and so didn’t touch them nor anything in the fridge. We had been asked to give a 2000 THB deposit when we checked in which left a sour taste and made us wonder what sort of hotel we had chosen. On our last day, the taxi had arrived promptly and the cases were loaded. When we went to reception to check out we were made to feel like criminals while they checked the room. After their check, I noticed that we had been charged 60 THB (about £1.50) for the mini bar and so I said that was a mistake. We hadn’t touched the contents of the fridge. Rather than saying “I’m sorry, let me cancel that”, the man behind the reception said he needed to ask housekeeping to check again. I absolutely knew that we had not touched anything in the body of the fridge. We had put water bottles in the door to chill but that was all. He then came back with a photo that one of the coke cans in the fridge didn’t have their stamp on the bottom and so we must have taken one of theirs and replaced it. We hadn’t. I know it was only 60 THB and some would say I am being petty but I think it is poor customer service. By this time our taxi had been waiting about 10 minutes and we had a plane to catch and so I just paid but it made me cross.
