“Strategic and good for budget trip.”
Cons: - The water pressure for the shower is pathetically low. - There is a yucky smell in the middle of the night if the bathroom exhaust fan is on. - No sound proof at all in the room. “Close to Bus Terminal, nice pool!”
I would definietly stay here again if I had to be close to the Bus Terminal for other travels, I think for 1-2 nights it's perfect to visit Central Festival, the ASEAN market etc. But you won't really experience Hat Yai in this area. “Nice room”
The room is nice. 5-min driving to Lee garden but parking is limited. First night we have to park along the roadside. The staffs are very helpful. The swimming pool is nice. there were few self-service laundry nearby.

“Cheap with Swimming Pool!”
Location a bit far from City center. This hotel provide swimming pool at roof top. Big room, with complimentary mini bar. Comfortable bed. View balcony to bad coz facing rubbish and roof of shops, very dirty environtment view. The rest this hotel ok.
