“Will definitely come back to stay with them”
Good location, walking distance to Lee Garden, restaurants, cafes and 7 Elevens, ample parking spaces, room is spacious,clean and does not need to bring travel adapters, room is at reasonable price and they provide good customer service.

“bad experience while check-in”
It's a bit surprising that this hotel wants to hold the guest's passport for as long as we are there passport cannot be held by other people because it is an identification document when it is needed

Located 10mins walk to shopping street. Clean hotel n room. Smiling reception. Helpful staff whom can converse in English. Free shaded parking. Water heating not stable...couldn't maintain at adjusted temperature. Sound proofing not good. Had to complain on other noisy tenants after midnight. Toile… more

Staffs are alright. But didn’t mention about the charged bottles of drinking water in the room.. Though it is cheap but that is just one of basic info reservations should highlight upon check-in.
