We stayed at the Rua Ratsada hotel in Trang during our recent 2 night visit. The hotel is well located, with very helpful and friendly reception staff who checked us in very efficiently and effectively. They also assisted us with the booking of our 4 island full day excursion. The room was a touch tired, and could easily be doing with a refresh. Breakfast was excellent with a vast amount of choices to select from. Again, the staff here were excellent.

FRONT DESK: Staff may need to be reminded not to use their phones while working, this is very unprofessional. Thanks for the complimentary car transfer to the Trang bus station. Very thoughtful & helpful. ROOM: The room is clean & tidy, the cleaner was very efficient. The bed is very hard, will need a topper memory foam for better sleep/ comfort. The shower needs fixing as both the shower heads drip water and cannot isolate one head to the other. Please provide extra loo roll, the toilet paper provided was single ply, basically providing half a roll/ day. The balcony is bare, please provide chairs & table. POOL: Great size pool. Please indicate the water pH for the day. Please check your pool filter as few green algae are seen in the water and tiles. Please check your jacuzzi water, it is green- biohazard!!! GYM: Good compact gym and functional equipments. Please provide drinking water to guests inside the gym to avoid heat stroke. Gym staff noted to be on his phone 99% of the time. LOCATION: Very near Trang bus station & Robinsons department store. Convenient for travel, food & shopping. RESTAURANT: The lady at Restaurant reception is very courteous. Please don’t precook eggs at the egg station, no one wants cold fried eggs for breakfast. For cold items like milk/yogurt, please keep them chilled, preferably 2-8 degrees Celsius for appropriate food handling guidelines.
