“Beautiful rooms & location”
Stayed here for a conference. Rooms have beautiful lake side views. B fast spread was excellent. Reception was very helpful. Located very far away from the main city of Belo. A cab from the hotel to the shopping mall costs around R$70. Be sure to ask the cabbie for a discount. Book Uber if possible… more

“Great view of the lake”
After a week at this hotel I can vouch for the quality of the hotel food , the cleanliness of the facilities and the outdoor pool . However the staff do not speak English (except for a couple of the catering staff who speak few words ) so asking for directions or advice is a bit of a challenge.

average service, average breakfast, dinner in hotel restaurant below average, poor card selection, restricted wine selection (only big bottles). Room was cold and no possibility for heating. Internet connection average
