“Friendly and great for family ”
One of the best hotels in Trabzon, not far away from the city center, thoug I recommend always to rent a car from one of the companies inside or near the airport. very comfortable and very friendly staff specially Mina in the restaurant and Abdullah in the reception. “Nice location with friendly staff”
Cozy hotel. Very good location. You can take a small bus front in front of the hotel directly to downtown (maydan) which is a very nice place to go to for shopping, but not for eating. There is a good restaurant next to the hotel (2 minutes walking). Rooms are tiny, but clean.

The hotel rooms were excellent in terms of comfort, facilities and cleanliness. When we entered the hotel, they did not treat us properly, especially since we had made a reservation in the hotel system, one of the novice employees was not able to find our reservation and did not treat us properly.… more

“Good not bad”
My first time to have seen a hotel not offering an iron!!!furthermore, it asks the tenants to pay for the ironing service! No shower caps !! However, the staff is friendly and helpful. They never hesitated to offer help when needed. Nevertheless, they need to excel their services
