First time was in November 2014. Got excellent service for my one week stay. Came back in August 2015 and services were good. Was not given receipts for my stay. Still expecting my receipts which they promised sending through email.

Overall a very good hotel with no problems during my stay. The hotel is within 10 minutes walk of Ankara main rail station and metro lines in the city. Plenty of places to eat and drink in the area.
