Çok profesyonel çalışıyorlar . Tek üzücü yanı otelden erken ayrılmak oldu. I had made a reservation online for 1 week due to my job. However, I had to leave earlier than expected. The reception team called the agency and canceled the reservation even though it was a non-refundable reservation. They work very professionally. The only sad part was leaving the hotel early.

We had a fantastic time in Hotel Farabi In ANKARA. Staff were so kind to us. Every question that we had, were answered quickly by the hotel members. You can have delicious breakfast there. And, every thing in this hotel is safe. In addition, I have impressed by the way the receptions guide you about the questions that you may have both in the Hotel and the city.

“Disappointing Stay”

I booked two rooms at CK Farabi Hotel in Ankara for 10 days. I booked two rooms at CK Farabi Hotel in Ankara for 10 days. On the fourth day, I learned that my work in Ankara would end earlier than planned, so I asked the reservation desk to refund the remaining 3 days (minus any cancellation penalty). For two days now, they’ve been avoiding me, refusing to let me speak with management. This is utterly disrespectful to me and my family. Beyond the unprofessional behavior, I must highlight other major issues: # No view from windows – The rooms face walls or unattractive surroundings. # Non-functional fridge – It doesn’t cool at all; it’s just a warm food storage box. # Faulty AC/Heating – The ventilation system only blows hot air (even on "cool" mode). Combined with the hotel’s location (surrounded by tall buildings blocking airflow), this would be unbearable in hot weather. # Inconvenient location – Far from quality, affordable restaurants and shopping areas. I’m returning to Ankara in May with a group of eight people, and I will never choose this hotel again.

“Fairly neat and affordable stay in a nice neighborhood”

single room was quite clean and well-designed. Staffs were helpful. Checked-in 2 hours earlier. Also had affordable price. The only downsides were scent of smoke in the hallway and rooms sometimes and the toothpaste were missing! The location of hotel is good and easly accessible using bus 413. Also really close (less than 5 min) to the turkish-american association as a prometric center.
