“Value for money”
Decent 3 star hotel. Good for a short business stay. The sound isolation is a huge problem. Whole night you hear the sound of closing doors or shower from next room. Staff is helpfull. Location is central. Walking distance to tram station. 2 stops from the city center.

“ok for 1 night”
huge structure, room was ok: big and clean enough, but we had to ask for towels. staff was kind but speaked almost no english. breakfast was of low quality. Overall, I'd say it's ok for 1 night if you need to catch an early flight from Kayseri airport.
