Stayed here during our transfer delayed flight. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Yusuf who made us comfortable and looked after our needs. He also makes a great coffee! Would stay again when next in Turkey!

Excellent customer service. The room was clean and breakfast was great. Cons: the body wash bottle in the bathroom was empty. The lunch was not decent as breakfast but was ok. Overall good experience.satisfied.
