“Great experience”
The staff were super professional, great and friendly. Food was amazing. Clean hotel. Definitely recommended if you travel to Bursa.

“great place to stay”
Excellent service 24/7, amazing breakfast, very good position of the hotel next to the Merinos parc, with natural warm water springs SPA. It is a very clean place, there is a lovely restaurant at the top floor next to the open air pool.

“where is old hamam inside this building”
It is very sad, old traditional Hamam converted to 3 floor modern spa center.Hope one day enterpreneur people understand the value of old historic inheriteges.I am amazed to see high red brick dome ceiling converted 2 floor with very low ceiling

“Revamp required urgently.”
This hotel is nice but in my opinion definitely not 5 star. The rooms are dark and the furniture is old and dated. The bathrooms are really old and need to be completely revamped.
