Hotel is outstanding and it gives home warmth. Staff are extremely nice and solution oriented. Foods?? 5 Star. The best place to stay if you want to go to "Kent Meydanı Shopping Center" We left happy, highly recommend!! Thank you, Best wishes!!

“best staff i have ever met in Turkey”

“Clean and comfortable”

We arrived at this hotel in the evening and didn't have supper yet. They don't have a restaurant but do offer room service which is a nice. Problem is, room service was not available on that night for some or other reason. Now, to anybody else this would be a really bad thing but the staff made up for all of this within 15 minutes. I was asked to come down to reception where I was invited to use the internet and have a look at a menu from a local take away and the staff then called and made them deliver to the hotel for us. Dinner problem solved. The rooms are spacious and neat with modern furnishing which is always welcome after a long flight and drive. The location is perfect since it's within walking distance from Kent Meydan mall, the tram station, bus depot and right opposite a hospital if needed (like we did). After we had checked in we realised that we had lost one of our bags somewhere along the line during our day tour around Bursa and this is where the staff really came in to help since the language was a stumbling block for us in trying to trace the bag down. My first point of call was the beautiful Muzeyyen Ozcelik at reception, she is a superstar in the service area and deserves the best accolades. Admittedly, I may have been a nuisance but she took it in her stride and help wherever possible even translating text messages and making calls for me to try and arrange our transfer back to Istanbul a few days later with a different day tour company as what we started out with. Like I said, we needed the hospital (which was really efficient) for my daughter who got sick. Once we had done at the hospital and gotten medication (all in Turkish I may add), Muzeyyen had again helped us here. She had no problem reading the instructions for us and translating onto a piece of paper what, when and how much we need to use. A true life saver. Coming back to the bag the next day, Muzeyyen's sift had ended and this now became a problem for Ali Tunarin, the desk manager. Muzeyyen had already filled him in and we took it from there. Ali took it upon himself to call the drivers we had used for the day speaking to them in Turkish to get a better understanding of how to find our bag. Once we knew where the bag was Ali then called a taxi and got the driver to go on his own to collect the bag and deliver it to the hotel. It was back with us within 1 hour, service like this is something I have never before experienced anywhere in the world. Ali and Muzeyyen, best hotel team in all of Turkey. The next day our transfer pickup was running almost 3 hours late. We had already checked out of our room after breakfast and gone out for the day. Pickup was scheduled for 6pm but they only arrived at 8:30pm. Naturally, we were back at the hotel by 5pm so as not miss the transfer. In all of this time while we waited, the staff offered us Cay and coffee every half hour, which we gladly accepted since we didn't have room to rest in while waiting. Our driver finally arrived and when I went to pay the bill for drinks there was none to pay, those were all free. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and an even better staff compliment. This may not be a 5* hotel in Dubai but Ali and Muzeyyen is more than enough reason to come back time and time again.
