This was an incredible experience from beginning to end at the Movenpick Bursa. Upon entering the lobby we were given a warm welcome and our luggage was promptly handled by the hotel team. Check-in was efficient, professional and smiles were everywhere from the very friendly and attentive front desk team. The room was large, beautifully maintained with great city views. Everything in the room was high quality and extremely comfortable. Our breakfast was fantastic with a diverse variety of quality items served by the attentive restaurant team. We opted to enjoy some in room dining one night and had some truly excellent pizza. Our in room dining experience was one of the best I have had at a hotel. Everything was great about this hotel, but I will really miss the incredibly warm and outstanding service from the staff in every department: housekeeping, restaurants, caf team, guest services, the managers etc. The staff genuinely want you to have a great time. We arranged some of our Bursa tours with the help of the team at Movenpick and they recommended a great local tour operator who helped us organize and visit an amazing historical and cultural area outside the usual routes with a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and highly professional local guide named Hasan, who shared all that was great about Bursa and some hidden gems we didn’t initially plan to visit. Thank you team at Movenpick Bursa. I would like to thank Firat, Kadir, Ferhart, hela and Deniz for their exceptional service. Thank you to the tour operator for their excellent customer service, professionalism and knowledge particularly Zuleyha, Hasan and our drivers. Our final departure from Bursa to Istanbul via arranged transportation to was arranged flawlessly by the hotel and we were farewelled by the Guest Service Manager personally; it was a lovely experience all round. We will be back!
