“Very cozy”
I had a nice experience, the rooms are small but cozy and clean, the bathroom is clean. The cleaning service overall is good and the beds are really comfy. They do charge for extra stuff but the prices weren't that crazy and it can get a little loud in the morning due to its location. But overall… more

The location of the hotel is fantastic, the tramway is minutes away, there’re shops all around especially wholesale shops, you can also go to the grand bazaar which is also near. “Average Hotel its 4 Star Hotel not a 5 star hotel”
The Management was not professional and they don't care about customer service. Reception staff was rude but housekeeping staff is good and professional. The momager was also not good. The rooms are average its a basic hotel you can't say its luxury.
