“Great stay, location, and very kind staff!”

We chose this apartment as we stayed in it 2 years back and we had a great experience. The rooms are spacious super clean and tidy. Most importantly, the staff are soo kind, helpful and considerate. It is very much recommended.

We came to Istanbul for a business trip and choose Chakra for our accommodation as the property came with a good deal which compensated the transportation cost as the hotel is a few minutes from public transportation options. Our room was very clean and the service of the staff is excellent. they are kind and punctual all the time. If you need for food or beverages, they can order it for you. The room was spacious and cleverly designed for a short term stay. Our room came with a kitchenette and a boiler with free water which are beautiful amenities after a tiring day in hectic Istanbul traffic. i loved the TV which rotates to the sleeping area and the couch. Most beautiful part was the cats climbing up to the properties emergency stairs and asking for food :) it was awesome! thank you guys and hope to see you again in the future...

We chose these apartments because they were close to my son’s apartment but will go back because of so much else. We were upgraded to a spacious, tastefully decorated room with excellent a/c, a fridge, kettle etc. We only had breakfast once as were were meeting others in a cafe. It was absolutely fine but cafes in Istanbul do such fabulous breakfasts at such cheap prices that we were happy to go out. The staff could not be more helpful. We asked about a nearby place to buy wine and minutes later they had someone deliver to our room. I’m returning to Istanbul in August and hope to return

We loved chakra suites. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They upgraded us, let us have a late check out and having breakfast delivered to the room every morning was fantastic. We really loved the studio we stayed in. The only downsides of this hotel, as others have said, is it can be a little tricky to find the first time and it isn't close to a metro stop. The sign is on a side wall so you won't see it if you are coming up the hill towards the hotel. We drove by it 3 times before we actually saw it. The attached picture shows you the front of the hotel. Look for the big metal fire escape and the little sign. There is a bus stop somewhat close to the hotel, but that is one more transfer to pay for before getting on the metro, and the bus system is a bit trickier to use than the metro for the average non turkish speaking tourist. This is the only reason I took off a star. The actual hotel stay was fantastic.
