“Thanks for going the extra mile!”
We were very impressed with the service provided by Shukran at the hotel . When we had some issue with our Instanbul travel card,Shukran walked with us to the nearby train station to help. This level of service,offered so willingly is rare and very much appreciated 👏 👏💐. Thank you Shukran!
