“Checkin could not have been more helpful and accommodating.”
Friendly checkin and room service. Where things fall short - concierge and exec lounge staff. We sought advice about possible tours … exec lounge “talk to concierge”. And concierge could advise zero. Actually we got a better concierge advice and guidance from Shangri-La Hotel!

“Great location, good product”
Great mass market hotel product. Great location. My room cleaner Ridvan did a great job, very kind person(but please don’t smoke before entering a room cleaning service, that was unprofessional). But ur still very friendly and polite!
