I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Delita Hotel in Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and they were always available to assist with any questions or requests. My room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is another big highlight—it’s conveniently situated near public transportation, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. When arriving at the hotel the receptionist was fast asleep , after being dropped off in a V class ( large vehicle covering the whole entrance ) blocking road may I add so very visible , I only stayed here on the basis it was very close to where I’m going. So after a long evening of flying I’m greeted by a sleeping unprofessional boy , can’t say man as this handled like a child in my opinion. If you’re not fit for purpose ie sitting at reception please go elsewhere runs the safety of everyone staying in this hotel mainly for myself . Fortunately Sonier started at 8.30am I believe to which we briefly spoke and got me checked in early very efficiently and professionally threw out the my times staying here . Lady in breakfast area was very polite and helpful , like the rest of the staff especially the cleaners they are fantastic !! The standard of the food and beverages has definitely dropped I’ve stayed here 3 times appears to get worse each one and get told the same it’s about the costings which is all over the world may I add not just here 🤷🏼‍♂️. Be cautious if you book here with expectations you WILL be let down .

During my recent trip, I stayed at Delita City Hotel for four nights. Upon arriving at the hotel, I noticed that it was smaller than I expected from the pictures online. Despite this, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was decent, not particularly good or bad, but definitely acceptable for the hotel's standards. The woman in charge of the restaurant was particularly polite and welcoming. When I booked the hotel, I opted for an economy room without paying attention to the room dimensions beyond the pictures provided. Unfortunately, upon entering my room, I realized that it was the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. So, my advice would be not to trust the pictures and to look more carefully at the room specifications. However, despite the small size of the room, it was clean and cozy, and the bathroom was well maintained. The hotel is located in a good area, but the nearest metro station is about a 10-minute walk away. Overall, I had a decent experience at Delita City Hotel, with the only major downside being the small size of the economy room.
